Leopoldo Rovayo

Leopoldo Rovayo is the Depute Head of Mission of the Ecuadorian Embassy in the United Kingdom. Rovayo will be contributing to our session on "Political Stability and Migration" on February 4th.

Rovayo is an Ecuadorian diplomat and lawyer who has been a member of his country's Foreign Service since 1989. He has held positions as Ambassador to the Republic of Nigeria and as Ambassador to the Republic of Belarus. He is a also a lawyer graduated from the Central University of the Republic of Ecuador and holds as well degrees in Public and Social Sciences and Security and Development.
